Café Seolhwa is another Korean dessert place in BGC that sweet lovers will surely love. It is actually one of the most popular places that serves bingsu in town today. This is primarily because of the finely shaved ice they serve their customers. Apparently, it can withstand scorching heat for up to 30 minutes – which is ideal for a place like the Philippines.
